4 steps to making a healthy veggie stew.

There are many articles that tell tales of individuals who have cooked a veggie stew.

Now, I do not know if there is a right or wrong way to make a dish that consists of veggies. There are all kinds of recipes or appetizers that people produce with veggies. Veggie dip, enchilada, and even fries. Needless to say, I’ve decided to make a veggie stew, and as you can see in the featured image, I did not use a crockpot nor did I add any beef. As you can see, I like to eat very healthy. A stew made from pure vegetables makes for a very nutritious meal.

Step 1. Making the broth and adding a few vegetables!

All I have mixed so far are broccoli and mixed carrots. This is what I would call the grassroots stage. I try my best to make sure that I’m creating the right flavor. I apologize for the fumble and mumble during my speech.

Step 2. Adding more flavor and sorting out the rest.

Okay, I will tell you upfront that my veggie stew is ready by now. I made several videos, and there’s other content that I’ve been working on lately. A lot of optimization needs to be done, but I digress. I love the flavor that lemon adds to the veggie stew is amazing but maybe a little too strong. I also added chardonnay wine….and yes, you did hear me say chardonnay vodka in the video. I haven’t done enough research, but I have heard that wine has good health benefits. Thanks for viewing!

Stay tuned for the next update!
